Someone with an accent not really from here and a lot of noise in the back. Said they were calling for the NHS and began asking stuff about COVID 19. Asked if we'd been put on furlough, if we were worried about debt and even how much debt we were in. They just cut the call right after.

Got a call around 3 in the afternoon, guy asked straight away for me by name. He had an Indian accent and said he was ringing from the Citizen Advice Bureau. After looking at other reviews and numbers, I told him I was busy and ended the call, then blocked him. Honestly, these kind of calls should be stopped. After checking my details, he said he’d connect me to the team managing the policy. I got passed onto another guy, who then turned out to be from a brokerage firm, not Aviva at all. I told him exactly what I thought and hung up. Since then, they won’t stop ringing!
