Got a phone call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming to be from EE. She didn’t bother with any polite greetings like "hello Mr X" and immediately started saying that my sim card was outdated because of some BT and EE merger. I called her out on that nonsense and asked her to confirm who she was trying to reach since she had dialled me and should have my info on their system. Suddenly, she just ended the call. Quite fishy if you ask me.
