These scam calls pretending to be from British Telecom are just getting out of hand. It’s mad that BT can’t seem to put a stop to these fraudsters, even though they’re getting ripped off themselves. I’ve tried blocking the numbers but that only works on my home phone, and since I use a business line, it’s no use. At least with caller ID, I can skip unknown landlines, but now these scammers are switching to mobiles, which makes it even harder to avoid. Proper annoying situation.

Somebody gave me a ring earlier today but didn’t even bother trying to get past my new call blocking gadget. From what I’ve read on here, it sounds like they’re just another load of scammers. So I guess my phone did its job brilliantly again. The BT Decor 2600 with TrueCall was definitely worth the 24 quid I spent at Currys - finally some quiet, and the missus is well pleased!
