Got a call from someone claiming to be Visa saying there was about a £500 charge on my card, and they wanted me to press 1 to verify or 2 to speak to an agent. Thing is, I dont even own a Visa card, so I didn’t press anything. Then, roughly five hours later, another call came through from 07526 585575. The voice sounded alike, but this time the amount they mentioned was different. I just ignored it too, as it felt dodgy. Pretty sure both were just scams trying to catch me out.
