Got a call from someone pretending to be from EE, wanted to change my phone contract. Asked me for my password reset code, but the email warned in big letters not to share that pin with anyone, even EE themselves. Definitely a scam!

I wasn’t quite able to catch which company they claimed to be with. I just ended the call, but I reckon it was probably a phone service firm.
