When we queried how she obtained our contact details, her response was that it was sourced from her system. Really? From a mobile number? We made it clear that we are quite happy with our current provider, at which point she abruptly ended the conversation. She sounded as though she was outdoors. I’ve experienced something similar with '3' before, where they insisted I’d taken out a contract, which was entirely untrue. It’s clearly a scam. Do not engage with the person on the other end of the line. Please report this!
