This has gotta be a scam for sure! I’m with EE and I’ve got my account set so that no one’s allowed to ring me - they can only get in touch by email, and EE stick to that. So, when I did get a call, I asked the caller to confirm the amount of my last bill and how I paid it. The bloke on the other end couldn’t give me a straight answer and then just came up with some rubbish excuse. Plus, the number they used didn’t even match anything related to EE. Proper scam, no doubt about it.
