These lot keep sending me texts about some PPI scam, it's really annoying!

I keep getting calls from people saying they’re with EE, but it turns out they’re actually from some other firm trying to get details about my phone bills. After checking, they’re linked to a landline provider, not EE at all. They ring me nonstop, sometimes every 30 mins or so, and they even switch numbers to trick me. It’s getting really frustrating!
