It took ages to finally get through, then a woman came on saying she was calling from Domestic and General. She claimed I had a refund of £14.75 and just needed my bank info to sort it. I told her she must already have that since the money was supposedly taken out, but she said she only had my address and kept repeating it back to me. I ended up telling her I work at a bank, so I recognised it as a scam straight away. After that, she just hung up.
