My husband got a call from this really rude bloke who rang three times just to shout at him for questioning if he was really from BT. Proper aggressive the way he was speaking.

So, I got a call saying it was Bank Security about some charges - something like £99 to Amazon and £999 to another place, but the message was all jumbled. It said to press 1 to approve or 2 to talk to someone from bank security. I pressed 2 and after a long silence, an Indian-accented lady came on. She said she was from the bank card security team. When I asked her which card she meant since I have a few, she wanted my details straight away. I told her I wouldn’t give any info until I knew which card, and then she just hung up on me. Weird!
