Got a call on 6th June about 9.15am. There was a bit of a lag before someone with an Indian accent said they were from BT Technical, but it was really hard to catch what they were saying. When I asked who it was, they went quiet. My wife then gave me the phone and as soon as I said hello, they just hung up. Another time, someone rang saying my broadband speed was causing problems and wanted to take control of my computer to prove it was the IP address! Yeah right, not falling for that.
