Just want to make it clear, this is my phone number that got used in a scam yesterday. I've contacted Giffgaff to sort it out and asked for a new number. I haven’t made any calls at all, someone’s pretending to be me. So far, I’ve had over 300 missed calls, nearly 300 texts, and around 80 voicemails - some even threatening me with stuff like breaking my legs. Honestly, I’m stuck in the same boat as you lot. Really sorry if this has caused any trouble, but trust me, it’s not on me. Some twisted people seem to enjoy messing with innocent folks’ lives!

For weeks now these scammers keep calling me from different numbers, and even tho I never pick up they just keep ringing for no reason. They’re not gonna get anything from me but still won’t stop. Honestly, don’t answer them, they might try to redirect your number to grab your messages or something dodgy like that. Stay clear!
