I received an identical text and sent it straight away to HMRC at 60599. They replied back, saying it's definitely a scam!

Got a message again claiming to be from HMRC, but the number wasn’t the same as the last one I got. Seems dodgy, so I just deleted it straight away.

This number sent me a text saying something like: ‘HMRC: You have a tax refund waiting for you. To find out the amount, please go to [#]submit-onlineclaims[###]/’. Seems a bit fishy if you ask me.
