I just got a call from someone pretending to be Barclays, telling me money was taken from my account for a Tesco bill. They said if it wasn’t me, I should ring them back on 01135347286. Bit dodgy if you ask me.

Got a text claiming to be from Barclays saying I’d spent £247.17 at Tesco and asking me to ring 01135347286 if I didn’t recognise the purchase. I’ve never had a Barclays account, and the number didn’t seem like one they’d use. Seemed like a dodgy scam, probably laundering cash or something. Sent the message off to 7726 to report it as suspicious.
