Got a call last week and the website they showed looked pretty legit at first. Then they started asking for cash to resend the parcel - total scam! I reported it and blocked the number, but the emails keep coming through. Anyone else managed to get them to help change your number after?

Got a call from someone claiming to be Royal Mail, trying to get my address and other details, saying they couldn't deliver a parcel or something. Totally fishy because I’m not waiting on any parcels at all. Clearly a scam.
