I picked up the phone but it went silent after a couple of seconds, so I reckon it was probably just a spam call.

I answered the phone and there was nothing but silence for a little while, then suddenly they hung up on me.

Got a voicemail saying something about national insurance fraud, sounded proper dodgy to me.

Got a call from an unknown number, so I tried calling back, but then an automated voice told me I’d dialled a wrong number. Pretty clear it was some sort of scam.

Got a call from a bloke earlier, when I picked up he asked how I was. Sounds of people chatting were in the background. I just said no thanks and ended the call. Fingers crossed they don’t bother me again.

Got a call from 07522877887 at around 9:53 yesterday morning but didn’t pick up since the number was unfamiliar. After checking online, it seems like it was just another dodgy scam attempt. Honestly, I get way more scam calls than actual calls from mates or family - they usually just send a message if it’s someone I know!

Someone said they were from some big national survey. I just blocked the number straight away. Feels like it might be risky to give answers, especially if they’re recording and might use them to scam you or something.

I refused to share my info, and then he started calling me a mother f##ker. I'm definitely gonna report him to the cops.

Yet another dodgy character who won’t even talk proper, probably because they’re worried someone will clock them doing dodgy stuff. Using a dodgy mobile number to keep themselves hidden, thinking they can get away with it pretending to be someone else. They’re all just scammers who deserve some serious punishment - like being zapped through an old phone answer machine. Then chuck their number up in a dodgy phone box in a rough part of town.

Answered the call and just caught some muffled voices before they cut off almost straight away - pretty sure it was just a spam call.
