I just got a call from some number and this robotic voice tells me that there’s a letter from the HMRC that got sent back and I’m in some sort of trouble. Then it tells me to press one if I want to speak with someone. Sounds fishy to me, why would HMRC ring me up with a robot voice like that? Surely if it was real they'd just put me straight through to a person instead of this sort of nonsense? Must be a scam.
