Today we got a call from an unknown number, with a bloke saying his name was David Newman. He claimed to be some kind of enforcement officer working for Jennifer Webster at Northampton County Court. He kept insisting we owed £897, and threatened that if we didn’t pay up within four minutes, they'd send someone round to confiscate belongings worth a lot more. After checking into the details, it was clear this was a SCAM. Do not send any cash to these people, and make sure you report it to Action Fraud straight away.

I’ve reported everything to the cops and they’re investigating now. This is total fraud! The caller was really pushy and spoke super quick, said his name was Mark Taylor. Don’t fall for it!

Just like the last person mentioned, this bloke was proper rude and shouting about being some self-employed bailiff, claiming I owed £410 because of yell[###]. When I asked a few questions, he got really hostile and threatened to come to my place to “sort it out.” I rang up yell[###] myself and they said we were the fourth lot that day getting the same dodgy call.

Got a call from this number earlier claiming we owed HMRC £410. They warned that bailiffs from the high court would be arriving at our office if we didn’t pay up. When I told them that couldn’t be right, they suddenly got really pushy and mentioned the bailiffs were just 20 minutes away. Luckily, after that threat, we didn’t hear anything more from them.

Got a call from some guy named David Newman, sounded pretty menacing. He claimed to be a high court enforcement officer and warned about bailiffs coming round, saying I owed yell[###] over £500. Told me if I paid straight away, it’d be under £300. Honestly, just ignore calls like that!

Got tricked by this number, ended up paying £397 thinking it was for a yell[###] advert. Honestly, felt daft after realising it was a scam. Already told my bank, they're sorting it. I’m also planning to report it to the police. The name they gave was J D Summers and the bank was Halifax.
