Sounds like a classic bank scam. They told me there were two transactions flagged for £199 from Amazon and Vue. When I didn’t press 2, the voice changed from a recorded English woman to a man with a South Asian accent who started grilling me. He said he’d put a “red flag” on those payments so they wouldn’t appear on my account. I called him out as a fraud and ended the call.
