Got a call sayin I owed Amazon £98 and if I didn’t buy it to press 2 for a refund. Pressed 2 and told them it wasn’t me, asked them to send money back to where they took it from. I don’t even have an Amazon account! Didn’t give them any details and before I could say more, they just hung up. Cant say I minded that.

Got a call earlier today here in the UK about some supposed £95 fine from Amazon. It was all automated, just a recorded voice, no real person answering. Feels dodgy to me - is this a scam or are these folks just caught up in some mess? Who even checks this stuff?
