I got a call tonight from this number 01133100132 saying it was HSBC and they couldn’t process my EON bill payment of £169.99. Thing is, I have nothing to do with that bank or that energy company at all. Pretty obvious it’s a scam.

Got a text at 4:48pm saying: HSBC 372962 Use this to complete your online purchase. We never ring you to ask for this. THINK TWICE. Didn't make this request? Call 01133100142 I’ve never had an account with HSBC and wasn’t trying to buy anything when this arrived. Pretty clear this is a SCAM!
