Unexpectedly got a call from this number, definitely not for me or you, Dad! Save it just in case, but I’ve blocked it now lol 😆

Got a message earlier saying “Dad, remember this number”. Totally fishy since none of my kids would ever text like that. It’s happened a couple of times before. The last couple were from 07521114297 with messages like “Hey dad, get back to me quick”. That doesn’t sound a bit like how my kids chat. Plus, it was a Telefonica number too. Definitely a scam in my book.

I got emails pretending to be from my son, telling me to update his new phone number. When I tried to ask a straightforward question, they just ignored me and wouldn’t respond. Such a frustrating experience!
