Sounds like another one of those credit card or tax office scams. Best thing is to just ignore and block the number.

I just got a call from an Asian lady claiming there was some strange activity on my bank account. Things got suspicious when she started asking which phone I was using, so I ended the call straight away. Definitely feels like a scam to me!
