This is definitely a con artist at work. I received a message pretending to be from a Track & Trace service regarding a supposed Covid contact. The thing is, that service was actually discontinued on the 1st of April. How misleading!

I don't actually have a Prime membership with Amazon, so I just hung up straight away. The call was just a mechanical recorded message!

I answered the phone and immediately some recorded message was saying I'd been charged £29 for "prime services" and to stop the charges I needed to do something. I quickly hung up because I don’t have an Amazon Prime account and never signed up for anything like that. Seems like a total scam to me!

I don't actually have Amazon Prime, so I just ended the call straight away - sounded like one of those automated robot voices!

I received a call that was just a pre-recorded message informing me that £29 had been deducted from my Amazon Prime account. They mentioned something about stopping the payments, but I immediately hung up since I don’t even have an Amazon Prime subscription. It’s clear to me that this is nothing more than a scam!
