Received a parcel out of the blue with unpaid customs charges attached. I reckon they'll prompt you for your card info once you hit the link. It's a dodgy deal with a non-existent IPS parcel service. Definitely report it to Action Fraud immediately and make sure to block the number without delay. It appears the call is originating from Telefonica in Spain and the website is in French - quite a strange combination!

Likely just another run-of-the-mill scam, I'm afraid. They’ve sent a message saying my parcel is being held at their shipping hub and asked me to click a link. Total nonsense! Best to steer clear of it!

"Received a message claiming my parcel is stuck at their distribution centre. Definitely a scam! There was a dodgy link included, which I wisely didn't click on. It’s clear they’re after my credit card info to supposedly liberate an ‘imaginary’ package and would likely charge a ridiculous fee. Plus, there’s no information about the company anywhere!"
