Got a message claiming to be from the NHS, saying we had to self-isolate because we'd been close to someone with Covid. It mentioned that there’s a new variant and the testing kits had been changed - the old PCR tests supposedly didn’t work anymore. The logo looked spot on, just like the NHS one. They asked for personal info like name and birthdate, then tried to get my credit card details for payment right at the end. Definitely not from the real NHS.

Got a message with a link saying someone I know tested positive and that I should get a PCR test. Don’t fall for it, it’s a scam. Real messages come from NHStracing, not some random number. Definitely don’t press the link!
