I got a call from a woman with a foreign accent claiming to be from some charity called Help the Hero’s. She asked if me or anyone in my family had ever served in the armed forces, and whether I’m self employed or employed by the military. When I said no to both, she just cut the call. To me it sounds like a scam, so watch out especially if you’ve got older family members who might have served.
