Got a call from a guy sounding like he was from Pakistan or India, said he was with 3 Mobile and was pitching some special sim-only monthly offer. If he truly worked for 3, he’d have realised the “great deal” he mentioned actually costs more than my current plan. Plus, the number he used isn’t one I’ve ever seen linked to 3 Mobile for customer calls. Sure felt dodgy to me, so I reckon it’s a scam.

Was driving and got a call, so I picked it up hands-free. After a little pause, someone finally spoke. I quickly told them, "What’s this about? I'm not interested." They hung up straight away.
