I reckon this might be one of those dodgy recruitment scams. Got a call from a random number, then a message popped up with my name, asking if I’m interested in nursery jobs? They said they'd be happy to help and gave this number 0121 7982 021 - signed off as Thulani. A few days later, I got emails from someone else claiming to be from Tiny Tots Recruitment, using that number, but when I checked their official website, the contact details and phone number were completely different. Also, none of these guys showed up on Tiny Tots’ LinkedIn, which made me suspicious straight away.
