they tried getting me to put money into their "new investment advice" thing, saying I had to pay £1,000 upfront by phone, definitely feels like a scam to me.

I got a call from a guy who sounded Indian and knew my name, but he said it wrong in that typical way. He claimed to give investment tips, but I just told him I wasn’t interested, said bye, and ended the call. Looking this number up here, there’s plenty of checks but hardly any reviews, and the few that are there tend to be about scams. They all seem to be UK mobiles linked to Tisimi BV, and a quick Google shows lots of people worried about scams from this company! Since there’s no proper feedback this time either, I’m calling this one suspicious.
