My iPhone is set up to block any calls from numbers I don’t recognise, and it doesn’t even let them leave a voicemail. I just figure if they don’t identify themselves, it’s probably best to stay clear.

So this woman rang me up out of the blue and somehow knew my name. She said something about me showing interest in making extra money back in September, even though it’s December now. When I told her I had no idea what she was talking about, she got kinda insistent and asked why I wouldn’t want another way to make money. Then she just cut me off real quick. Quite a strange call altogether.

Keep getting calls from people trying to get me to pay for some online trading scheme. They never stop bugging me and always switch up their phone numbers. Proper annoying.

The bloke didn't sound British at all, he said he was calling from Zurich. When I asked why, he just wouldn't say and then tried to tell me some joke. Oddly enough, he seems to know my full name and has rung me quite a few times, each time using a different phone number.

Got a missed call and rang back, but just heard silence and no dial tone. I gave it another go twice more, and each time it was exactly the same.
