I told him I've never been a passenger in a car with anyone, and then he just cut me off! He was trying to say I owed nearly £3,000 or something daft.Ali4 yearsJust got a strange text out of the blue saying with the new council tax bills going out, some folks aren’t keeping up on last year’s payments. They also mentioned the same with utility bills needing to be paid. The message said if you want to avoid any sort of enforcement or if it’s already happening, you should reply yes and they’ll supposedly help.
