Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent, sounded like a total scammer.

She started off by greeting me with “salut” instead of a proper hello, which was a bit odd. Then she acted like she knew my name and wanted me to confirm my address before even telling me where she was calling from. Said she was from some “health verification” company and claimed she wasn’t selling anything. Yeah, sure, like I’m buying that.

I think I got a call from them last week, something about my health? Was a bit confusing, I’m not sure what they were after.

Some bloke rang and said it was a health check call or something, asking me some questions. But he wouldn't say what it was actually about or who he was representing. I told him I don’t do phone questions from random people, but when I pressed for details, he started acting weird and then just hung up on me.

Wasn’t really convinced it was a guy on the phone, he was speaking really slowly and had an Indian accent.

I got a rather dodgy automated call purporting to be from my broadband provider, warning me that my internet service would be terminated in two days due to some so-called illegal activity. They urged me to press 1 to chat with an 'agent.' Clearly, it was nothing more than a scam. I reached out to my actual internet provider, and they assured me it was indeed a scam!
