Got a text from them out of the blue. I was wondering how else they'd been trying to get hold of me, if not by calling. Honestly, my tip is to just ignore it completely, don’t bother replying, even if you wanna tell them what absolute muppets they are! Best thing is to just bin it and move on.

All that stuff about PPI claims is just nonsense. I contacted them and just wasted my time messing about with the muppet on the other end. Avoid it, honestly.

Got a message like this a few times: They're saying they've been trying to reach me about a PPI claim and know how much I'm owed. They tell me to text POST to get info or STOP to quit. Sounds like a scam to me, never even made a claim like that...

Got a text about a PPI claim which looks dodgy to me. It said something like - we've been attempting to reach you about your PPI, we know the amount you can get, reply POST for details or STOP to quit.

Never even made a PPI claim before! Best to not reply and just mark it as spam.
