Got a call from this number claiming I could get a 40% off plus a bunch of perks on my existing mobile plan, without needing to switch numbers or service providers. I'm not really into freebie deals, so I asked the bloke, who spoke English with an Asian accent, how he even got hold of my number. Instead of answering, he just kept rattling on with the same sales pitch about all the "amazing benefits." Realising I wasn’t interested, he finally admitted he’d dialled the wrong person, apologised, and hung up. Sounds like some scammer, maybe from Kolkata or somewhere nearby.

Got a call from some place in Kolkata claiming to be from the "Three" network, but it was clearly a scam. Watch out!

I didn't pick up but looked it up online and found out it's a spam call. Lately ive been getting loads of these annoying calls, and this was just another one. From now on im just ignoring any calls from numbers i dont know. There really should be stricter rules, bigger fines and maybe even deporting people behind these spam rings to stop all these nuisance calls.
