Looks like this number is probably one of them internet calling services, kinda like a phone you use through the web. So basically anyone can ring you from their browser without needing their actual mobile. My partner does that sometimes when she can't find her phone around the flat, she just rings it from the laptop to track it down. So maybe it was someone she knows but couldn’t get to their proper phone at the time.

some bloke rang my work in greece sayin he was a lawyer speakin on behalf of a client who supposedly sat right beside him to sue me. said i operated on his daughter called papadopoulos eleni and now her mouth is all crooked. but ive never had a patient by that name and my surgeries dont mess up mouths like that. i told the police straight away. someone should do somethin to get this guy caught.
