Looks like this number is probably one of them internet calling services, kinda like a phone you use through the web. So basically anyone can ring you from their browser without needing their actual mobile. My partner does that sometimes when she can't find her phone around the flat, she just rings it from the laptop to track it down. So maybe it was someone she knows but couldn’t get to their proper phone at the time.

Got a call the other day from +447520631888, a number showing as from the UK, but the person was speaking Greek and said they were calling from Vodafone about some free call credit.
