They keep calling for someone named Kelly Rogers even after I've explained I don't know her and my phone is for my business. No matter how many times I block them, they somehow manage to ring me from different numbers. Pretty sure it's a scam.

Sounds like a total scam to me. She called claiming I was owed a PPI refund of £4,598.11 and immediately started probing for my personal info. I just ended the call straight away.
