The person on the phone had that typical noisy call centre background and was trying to pitch some kind of trading deal. The connection was awful so I told him I wasn’t interested. But he wouldn’t take no for an answer and kept pestering me why I wasn’t keen. He even mentioned some “special offer” that wouldn’t come again if I didn’t buy today. I just said no thanks again and hung up. Have since blocked the number.

Got a dodgy call, it was clearly some kind of scam trying to con me. Total spam, just ignore if you get the same number.

Called a couple of times but didn’t get any reply.

So I answered my phone and said hello. The guy asked how I was doing. I replied by asking who he was. He said he just wanted to check in on me. I told him I was busy working and asked what he wanted. Then he suddenly asked why I was so frightened of a simple phone call. I got annoyed and told him to bugger off before hanging up.

Got a call claiming to be from Amazon Prime, said there was some issue with my account. Sounded dodgy to me, so I just hung up. Definitely felt like a scam to me. Watch out everyone!
