Apologies, but the points in her account have been confiscated and now are recorded as part of a criminal record.

Got a message from this number saying my EE points couldn’t be used because of some system error. They told me to hurry and redeem my prizes by clicking a link before the points expire. Said EE hopes I have a great life or something like that. Sounded a bit dodgy to me.
