So a few days ago I phoned the Council and now it seems like they must've passed my number onto the street cleaner, the one who's been MIA for like six weeks. When he finally turned up, he barely did anything about the piles of leaves. All he did was shift a bunch onto the road and pile some around my car, instead of clearing them properly. What a waste of time!
