I dont hold an HSBC account either. Seems like they’re just after your details. If you ever get something like this, don’t click on any links, just ring your bank straight away. Never trust messages from random phone numbers claiming to be your bank.

Got a text saying my HSBC account was frozen and there was a link to fix it. Bit weird since I don’t even have an account with HSBC, so I’m guessing it’s some kind of scam or hacking attempt.
