He was chatting so quickly I had to ask him to slow down so I could catch what he was after, who he was with, and why he needed the details. He snapped back saying I didn’t need to know the reason for his questions or the call. I ended the call there. Then he rang back, probably hoping someone else would pick up and spill the info. Honestly, felt pushy and quite disrespectful.2 yearsIf you get dodgy texts, report them to 7726 like the police.uk Action Fraud page says. This number’s a joint effort between the police and phone companies to spot fraud and rubbish calls. It’s a good idea to check your own number every now and then too, as scammers often pretend to call from your number - it's super common. That’s why you should never ring back unknown numbers. If you find out your number’s been faked, be sure to tell your provider and OfCom about it. And if someone moans at you on a text saying you called them?
