Apparently, they had an expert working nearby and could provide me with all sorts of stuff for free, but they said any other fees would be figured out once this expert came to see me. She went on for ages, so I just let her chatter on until I finally cut her off and hung up.

So strange that the landline's ex-directory or something, yet they still call. Maybe it's some kind of auto dialler that just rings every number till someone picks up and shows the registered name? Really irritating and a bit worrying, to be honest. I've even thought about getting one of those air horns to block the noise - my ears can't take much more of this racket!
