Hey, just to clear things up - I’m the actual owner of this phone number, but some dodgy spam outfit has been pretending to be me. It’s been a proper nightmare. Please don’t answer or call back if you see this number. Today I’ve had endless messages and calls from complete strangers. If you’re on an iPhone and deal with this sort of rubbish, try using the ‘screen time’ feature to block calls from anyone who isn’t in your contacts. Otherwise, it’ll seriously drive you mental.

Got a call from an unknown number, didn’t pick up and there was no voicemail either. Feels like it could be one of those spam or scam calls, so I've just blocked the number.

I usually ignore calls from numbers I don’t know, but this time I picked up. It was a woman called Gabby claiming to be an Energy Advisor for my area. I asked her which postcode she was referring to, and she just replied “the one for your address.” When I told her I have a few different postcodes, she just ended the call. Definitely felt like a scam or she was just clueless. Honestly, Gabby, sort yourself out!
