Someone called saying my info came from an online form I supposedly filled out on their site. They said they have access to a global database and if I signed up for their service, they’d take me off the list so I wouldn’t get calls from other numbers anymore. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Their excuse was it didn’t matter because I could add their plan alongside my existing one. What annoyed me was that the deal they were offering was basically the same service I already pay for, but supposedly cheaper. Still, they wanted me to jump on it while my other contract was still running. They also claimed it was a limited time offer, trying hard to rush me into buying. Total hassle.
