Got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC saying I was about to face legal trouble and that there was a letter for me. They told me to press 1 to go on, which I did. Then an Indian lady answered, and when I asked if it was a scam, she just cut me off. I called back later and spoke to a bloke who sounded half asleep and totally clueless, like I’d just disturbed him out of his sleep. Definitely dodgy.
