They ring me daily but when I answer, it's dead silence. Even if I don’t pick up and it goes to voicemail, there’s nothing left. Pretty clear it’s just some annoying nuisance.

Got a call from this number, and all I heard was someone saying "hello." When I answered, they hung up straight away. It’s really frustrating. There should be some way to stop these scammers from making calls like this, I mean, surely the tech exists already?
