Got a call from this number and loads others claiming my Internet will be cut off in a few hours. They said they’re from Virgin, but when I told them I’m not even a Virgin customer anymore and sent the kit back, they got really rude. Ended up being called horrible names and told to f### off and die - absolute tossers. Sounds like a total scam, probably thinking we’re daft. If you hear that automated message warning your Internet will be cut, just ignore it and hang up. Spoke to Virgin, and they don’t use automated calls for disconnections anyway. Avoid these muppets!
