Received a phone call where the caller asserted they were from "my bank," saying there had been an odd transaction from overseas on my account, advising me to hit 1 to cancel it. I didn’t hesitate to hang up immediately. To be on the safe side, I rang my bank directly, and it turned out to be nothing more than a fraudulent call.
