The TPS is no guarantee against these scammers because it depends on honest businesses sticking to the rules. Sure, it cuts down on calls but won’t block every single one. If you want law enforcement involved, make sure you report these scammers to the ICO. They’ll step in and slap fines on them once they see how widespread it is, so the more reports they get, the greater the chance of action.
